What Youll Do as a Maintenance Worker
- Perform basic grounds-keeping duties such as mowing trimming raking watering planting and weed control.
- Assist with caring for parking lots walkways and landscaped areas.
- Handle seasonal needs including snow/ice removal and debris cleanup.
- Maintain and operate grounds equipment safely (mowers trimmers sprinklers etc.).
- Support minor sprinkler repairs and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned to support WBH facilities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to operate common grounds-keeping tools and equipment.
- Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
- Must follow basic safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
