As our next IT Service Desk Engineer you will provide ITILbased first and secondlevel support for IT infrastructure across the Americas Region. You will play a key role in problem management process improvement reporting and knowledgebase development while ensuring secure reliable and efficient IT operations in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Be Doing
- Providing first and secondlevel support for hardware software and network issues across the region
- Maintaining accurate IT asset records configurations and inventory in the CMDB
- Monitoring system alerts and creating incident tickets in a timely manner
- Managing and auditing SharePoint access
- Utilizing Service Desk tools to manage Problem Management and KPI reporting
- Performing root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents
- Creating and maintaining patch management and backup completion reports
- Collaborating with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts
- Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies standards and procedures
- Providing technical guidance and training to endusers
- Participating in oncall rotation and providing afterhours support as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or infrastructure operations
- Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong proficiency with:
- Active Directory DNS DHCP
- Remote desktop tools
- IT ticketing systems and ITIL practices
- Scripting experience to support automation initiatives
- Strong English speech and writing skills
- Proven ability to work independently prioritize tasks and solve complex problems
Bonus Points If You Have
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A Network Microsoft or Cisco
- Experience with reporting KPI dashboards and IT process optimization
- Exposure to cybersecurity audits or infrastructure compliance
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Frequent walking standing bending and equipment handling
- Manual dexterity for working with cables tools and hardware
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environments including production areas and server rooms
Safety Requirements
- Compliance with all company safety and cybersecurity policies
- Use of appropriate PPE when required
- Participation in safety training and prompt reporting of hazards or incidents
