Job Description:
1. Synthesize nanomaterials using various chemical and thermal methods
2. Optimize process parameters to achieve the target particle size and its distribution.
3. Perform physicochemical characterization using techniques such as XRD XPS SEM FTIR and ICP-OES
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials selection and processing techniques
5. Evaluate catalyst performance using electrochemical techniques as given below:
Cyclic Voltammetry
Linear Sweep Voltammetry
Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy
Chronoamperometry analysis
6. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and quantitative risk analysis
7. Investigate nano material degradation mechanisms and its mitigation strategies
8. Collaborate with Safety and Maintenance teams to ensure SOPs are developed approved implemented and periodically updated
9. Contribute innovative ideas to improve laboratory methods processes and protocols
10. Prepare technical reports presentations and documentation of experimental results
