- このポジション(Advertising Compliance Counselor)はQVC JapanをサポートしQVC の広告表現に関する審査およびコンサルテーションを担います

- このポジションはハイブリッドであり月に数日幕張本社での勤務が必要です出社日は事前に決められており会社全体で統一されています
仕事内容
- ビジネスリスクとチャンスのバランスを考慮しより攻めた広告表現への適応提案を判断する
- 販売戦略およびセールスクレームを策定し顧客視点に立った番組開発を行う
- 生放送中の事故や予期せぬ事態に対応し会社への影響損害を最小限に抑えるとともに再発防止策を構築する
- 顧客や行政を含む外部から指摘された放送内容に関する問題に対応する
- 不適切な発言や誤解を招く説明を防ぐため必要なゲストコントロールプロセスを構築する
- 関係者全員が法務およびメディアコンプライアンス部門と同等レベルで議論できるメディアコンプライアンスリテラシーを身につけリスクの許容可否を判断しベンダーに正しい広告情報の助言ができるようにする
- 他部署からの製品広告に関する問い合わせに対し提案助言を行うまた必要に応じて行政機関と協議し商品説明が適切か確認する
- 内製および外部ベンダー制作の全OA広告素材FlipE-cardVTRCG印刷物などを審査し広告法規業界規制ガイドラインへの適合特に誇大広告の防止を確保する

- 広告関連法規および業界規制ガイドラインに関する深い理解
- 迅速かつ正確な業務遂行力
