Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity verify visitor access issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate entry and sign-in records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
• Answer phones greet incoming guests provide directions and support a professional lobby presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Observe cameras alarms and entry points from the front desk document security-related events and communicate relevant information to onsite personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
