Sales Manager Chevrolet / Hyundai Dealership
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced driven and hands-on Sales Manager to help lead our Chevrolet and Hyundai sales operations. This role is responsible for driving new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance managing the sales team ensuring exceptional customer experience and maximizing profitability across both brands.
The ideal candidate is a leader who can coach motivate and hold a team accountable while maintaining a strong presence on the showroom floor and in the deal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Oversee daily sales operations for both Chevrolet and Hyundai new and used vehicle sales
- Monitor lead management follow-up processes and CRM activity to ensure strong conversion rates
- Develop sales consultants to build a high-performing team
- Maintain manufacturer standards for both Chevrolet and Hyundai programs and processes
- Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
- Manage inventory recommendations based on market demand and turn rates
- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Work collaboratively with upper management on forecasting and planning
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales leadership and hitting performance targets
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems (VinSolutions or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication leadership and coaching skills
- High level of integrity accountability and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
