Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
* Assist the Customer Success team with various tasks including data analysis reporting and customer communication support.
* Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
* Help prepare materials for customer presentations workshops and training sessions.
* Participate in customer calls and meetings taking notes and contributing to discussions.
* Research industry best practices and emerging trends in customer success.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Contribute to the identification of customer needs and potential opportunities for product or service enhancement.
* Perform administrative duties as required to support the Customer Success department.
Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
* Strong interest in technology customer relations and business development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role (e.g. retail hospitality) is a plus.
* Ability to commit to a full-time internship during the summer months.
