Role:

We are seeking an outstandingphysicianleaderwho is highly motivated and passionate about improving quality of care for vulnerable populations. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officeryou willlead company-wide initiatives to ensure clinical excellencehighestquality ofcareand patient safety across the organization.

You will:

• ownthecompany-wideprimary care (PCP)physicianand advance practice provider(APP)strategyin collaboration with operational teams. Thisincludesdevelopingandimplementingworkflowstoolsand AI solutions to enhance clinicaldelivery achieve company clinicalgoalsand reduce provider burden.

• designanddeployimplementation ofbest practicesfor primary carephysicians and advanced practice providersto supporthigh quality care outstanding participant experienceand arewarding experience for our providers.

• provideonsitesupport to medical directorsPCPsand APPsacross sites for deploymentoversightand refinementofclinicalworkflowsandprocessimprovement effortsto enable excellent clinical outcomes.

• provideclinicalguidancefor the design ofclinical development programsandotherlearningfor physicians advance practiceprovidersandotherclinicians in partnership with our Peopleteamdiscipline-specificleadershipand operational teams.

• partnerwith multidisciplinaryoperationalteams includingpractice operations technologyandplatformdatacompliance and population health to provideclinicalpartnership guidanceandoversight of the design implementation and evaluation ofnewprogramsprocessesand tools.

Additional Clinical ExcellenceDuties

• Develop and lead the peer review program for physicians and APPsin collaboration with our partners

• In collaboration with People and operational teams support peer review programs for other clinical disciplinesas needed

• Support onboarding and training programs for physicians and APPs

• Develop and leadcase conferencesclinical casereviewsand clinical standards committeesacross the medical staff

• Supporteducational programming for physicians and advanced practitioners (APPs)as needed

• Provide medical oversight for discipline-specific centers of excellence within the company including evidence-based playbooks skill and competency development and qualityof caremeasurement

Clinical Guidanceand Oversight

• Serve as clinical partner toclinicalpractice operationsteams for improvements and enhancements of our clinical delivery model

• In partnership with population health support qualityimprovementandpatient safetyeffortsacross centers

• serveasthe clinicalsubject matter expert for the creation and implementation of clinical program evaluation frameworks including process measures clinicaloutcomesand adverse events

• Serve as clinicalexpertfor multi-disciplinarystrategic projects as needed

• Ongoing medical review ofpolicies and proceduresas needed

ClinicalLeadershipand Other Duties

• You will serve as a culture steward to our clinical teams. You will embody the ethos of service equity dignity trust and serve as a role model for clinicians across the company.

• You may be asked to provide temporary clinical support for medical directors across our sites including temporary coverage

• Travelup to 50%required

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DOand completion ofaccredited residency and/or fellowship program

• Minimum7years of clinical experience post training

• Current board certification in internal medicine family medicine emergencymedicineor related field (geriatrics training preferred)

• Active unrestrictedCAmedical license and DEA certificate

• Willing and able to be licensed in other states

• Experienceoperatingin value-based care settings

• Demonstrated experiencecollaborating/teaching/coaching/overseeing physicians or advanced practice providersor similar clinical leadership role

• Demonstratedtrack recordworking with multidisciplinary teams across operations producttechnologydataorpopulation healthto improve clinical operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the business of healthcare

• Experience withdeploymentand enablementof AI tools in primary care

• Experience in ambulatory clinical operations

• Experience in geriatrics preferred

Compensation:

Wetake into accountan individuals qualifications skillset and experience in determiningfinalsalary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance paid parental leave (birthing and non-birthingparents) short and long-term disability life insurance flexible spending accounts 401(k) savings paid time off and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is$255000 - $290000.The actual offer will be at the companys sole discretion anddeterminedby relevant business considerations including the final candidates qualifications years of experience skillset and geographic location.
