Role Description
The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality strategic communications across FNZs global internal and external audiences. The role includes developing clear consistent messaging supporting senior leaders with executive communications and coordinating multi-channel delivery across regions. The position requires excellent writing skills strong judgement and the ability to work effectively across a global organisation including collaboration with teams operating in APAC time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic communication plans across global internal audiences customers partners and external stakeholders.
Produce compelling content for leadership updates organisational initiatives major announcements and global programmes.
Ensure clarity message discipline and consistency across all communication channels.
Support internal communication programmes aimed at improving colleague engagement across multiple markets.
Work directly with senior leaders to craft talking points briefing packs narrative frameworks and structured communications.
Manage communication delivery across digital channels including social media intranet websites CRM systems email systems and other platforms.
Contribute to external-facing communications such as thought leadership customer-facing content strategic corporate updates and messaging linked to major business activities.
Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues and act as a quality review point for key communications.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across APAC EMEA and North America to ensure coordinated and timely communication flow.
Experience required
8 years experience in communications content strategy internal/external communications or executive communications.
Strong messaging narrative-building and writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear engaging content.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting leadership-level communication.
Proven track record delivering communication programmes within global or matrixed organisations.
Strong capability across digital communication platforms including websites CRM systems intranet environments and structured email systems.
Ability to work autonomously manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
Experience driving or supporting colleague engagement and cultural communication programmes is beneficial.
