Job Summary
Resthaven Western Community Services located at Woodvillehave apermanent full-time Clinical Manageropportunity.

Find personal satisfaction working in a supportive flexible and collaborative environment as a Clinical Manager.The Clinical Manager will work with individuals their supporters and community teams to deliver clinical services that enhance the lived experience for older people in the community.
The Clinical Manager is a valued member of the leadership team overseeing nursing and allied health clinical teams ensuring that high quality clinical care is provided to individuals to enhance their independence and support achievement of personal goals. Some out-of-hours on call work will be required.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coordination of the planning implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards
- Identification of client care needs plan interventions and review outcomes of care
- Maintaining accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing services
- Practicable knowledge of current Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards
- CurrentAHPRAregistration
- Current Drivers licence
