Job Summary
Koniag Data Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Associate Project Manager with a Secret security clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Arlington VA. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Assist with the day-to-day management of project tasks including tracking progress updating schedules and following up on and distribute activity and status reports for various projects ensuring accuracy and timely the Project Management Office (PMO) by maintaining project documentation organizing meetings and managing project-related identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues escalating to the Project Manager as with cross-functional teams to gather updates and ensure alignment on project and conduct analysis on datasets to provide detailed analysis and reports surrounding daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly statistical and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple and align efforts to meet customer and business improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).Work Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative role preferably within a project-driven environment.1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and in project management software (e.g. Asana Trello Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team with basic project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is a :Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience.2 years experience with providing analysis of existing processes requirements functionality and systems to determine how a system Requirement:ActiveSecret Security Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
