Your day to day
Health & Safety Management
  • Implementing supervising and continuously improving Health & Safety and occupational health programs within the organization.
  • Identifying hazards conducting occupational risk assessments and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Supporting leaders and employees in strengthening safety culture and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Delivering trainings audits accident analyses and reporting Health & Safety performance indicators.
  • Providing support for fleet-related safety processes.

Physical and Personal Security Management
  • Designing implementing and maintaining procedures and solutions related to the physical protection of the organization employees assets and operations.
  • Monitoring security risks within sales transport and office areas and recommending actions to mitigate identified threats.

Incident and Crisis Response
  • Preparing updating and activating crisis response and evacuation plans.
  • Conducting or supervising investigations related to security incidents that result in loss or damage to company property or products.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Maintaining effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating activities of external vendors and employees involved in Security operations.
  • Supporting sales transport and office teams in day-to-day security-related matters.

Standards and Quality Assurance
  • Developing updating and maintaining standards and policies related to Health & Safety and Security.
  • Conducting regular reviews of processes and practices to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Who were looking for
  • AUniversity degree
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in Health & Safety (BHP) area
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Effective Communication skills clear and professional communication across all organizational levels in a large corporate environmen
  • Stakeholder Management skills building strong relationships influencing decisionmakers and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Problem Solving skills structured approach to identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Occupational Health & Safety Expertise strong knowledge of OHS regulations standards and best practices.
  • Polish OHS Qualifications valid certifications required by Polish law to perform duties of a Health & Safety Officer (uprawnienia służby BHP).
  • Incident Investigation Skills ability to conduct thorough investigations document findings and recommend preventive measures.
  • Training Delivery capability to conduct OHS trainings in English and Polish both in-person and online
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency advanced use of Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook for reporting analysis and communication
