EMEA Software Developer-Tridium

We are looking for an EMEA Software Developerat Honeywell based in our Horsham office.

Our Niagara Framework software connects to many different technologies integrating anything from home automation devices through to major systems in international airports. Tridium Europe is looking for a senior software engineer who can join our expanding technical team. The role will include developing JAVA/JavaScript based components by extending the Niagara Framework and providing technical advice to the Niagara development community. The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and extensive experience in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop JAVA and HTML5/JavaScript based applications for regional customer requirements.
• Provide support to independent developer partners analysing problems and facilitating solutions.
• Participate in process and tool standardization initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key skills and qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science Software Engineering Mathematics or similar disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience preferably with Java and JavaScript.
• Experience in source control CI/CD pipelines build tools and test-driven methodology
• The ability to articulate solutions to a wider developer community
• Experience in developing or supporting Building Automation systems particularly Niagara Framework
• Understand security requirements in software development
