As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at ATC Healthcare youre not just providing care youre transforming lives. Whether youre offering physical assistance or just a kind word youll be the reason patients smile and feel comfortable in their care.
What Youll Be Doing:
Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance: Help patients with daily activities like eating dressing and grooming.
Monitor Vital Signs: Keep track of vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Documentation & Communication: Record care details accurately keeping patients healthcare teams in the loop.
Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered care with dignity respect and a personal touch.
Stay Current: Stay on top of state requirements and best practices to deliver the highest level of care.
What Were Looking For:
Certified: You hold an active CNA license from a state-approved nursing program.
Experienced: Youve got at least 2 years of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
Ready to Go: Youre CPR certified up-to-date on health screenings and ready to hit the ground running.
Resilient: Youre physically fit to handle patient transfers and the demands of 12-hour shifts.
Dedicated: Above all youre passionate about making a difference in the lives of others especially in skilled nursing facilities.
