Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides Talent Acquisition support and advice on efforts for large functional or multiple organizational unit(s).Has Chinese- Mandarin language expertise.
For assigned areas handles complex technical professional and senior level hiring.
Works with hiring leaders to develop internal external or contractor recruiting strategies.
Participates in and/or leads local and/or broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
Provides senior level support in one area as described below:
Talent Acquisition / External Recruiting
Identifies candidates for a variety of positions including high-volume roles.
Surfaces and proactively proposes solutions to key talent acquisition issues with internal stakeholders.
Modifies and applies innovative and successful candidate negotiation and close strategies.
Manages external agency engagement addressing and resolving performance issues on an ongoing basis.
Willingness to support East Asia time zones

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
