Library Learning Services is the primary entry point for most UNSW Library clients. It operates at scale across multiple channels and handles a wide spectrum of enquiries from routine to highly complex.
This role leads the system that underpins that service.
The Team Leader Library Learning Services is responsible for ensuring that high-volume front-line services are not only delivered but designed measured and continuously improved. This includes shaping workflows building team capability and making operational decisions that directly impact client experience staff workload and service consistency.
This is not a coordination role. It requires strong judgement comfort with ambiguity and the ability to lead experienced staff in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and demand is uneven.
