Reporting to the People Lead as a Manager People & Organization you will support QVC Italy providing strategic consulting to leadership teams serving as a trusted advisor on all business and People strategies.

This role requires a high level of business knowledge and understanding of structured business strategies.

You will lead complex changes and transformational programs and will be responsible for delivering on initiatives that improve the organizational health which are aligned with the People and business strategy.

You will lead the People and Organization team who act as the local point-of-contact for the People function interfacing between the business and relevant Centers of Excellence to ensure the smooth running and delivery of day to day culture and talent activities.

Where Youll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company) - the office is connected with M2/green line.

• This is a full time permanent contract.

What Youll Do

Reporting to the People Lead you will:

• Provide Strategic Business Partnership consulting prioritize solutions that will deliver the most benefit to the business. Identify risks to the delivery of business strategy.

• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and support in the effective prioritization and delivery of an engaging team member experience.

• Lead the People and Organization team.

• You will have direct financial and people management accountabilities and will support the Industrial Relations.

• Be accountable of the delivery of talent management global strategy into the Italian market including learning and development performance management talent review and succession compensation.

• Support engagement and cultural health of organization based on team member experience company strategy.

• Understand changes in business units consult and deliver organization development of the business.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in economy or humanistic-related field.

• At least 6 years of proven working experience in a similar role.

• Working knowledge of all key People skill areas (HR business partner Talent Management Industrial relations Organization & Development) with experience in managing and leading direct reports.

• Good knowledge of employment legislation and exposure to industrial relations.

• Global collaboration/matrix experience: ability to consult facilitate and interact across function/market areas with all organizational levels supporting HR Projects on national and global scale.

• Experience in Media or Retail fields are highly preferred.

• Passion for People strategy and Company Culture.

• Italian (Native) and fluent English (C1).
