Job Summary
Delivery Manager Enterprise Platforms
As a Delivery Manager Enterprise Platforms you will be a leading member of the global IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Platform management team. You will steer and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of global strategically important (cloud-based) platform services.
You set the vision and strategic direction for your team and you aim high.
You will be accountable to your internal customers and senior stakeholders for service outcomes and strategic business impact that align and enable DLLs business strategies..

Day to day:
- Drive business-engaged platform strategy and align service investment planning
- Secure funding & endorsement for business cases and plans to establish or transform services
- Oversee substantial (10M Euro) budgets with active management of service cost (development) and continual demonstrating value for money
- Develop and implement strategies in a measurable way in order to enhance organizational capabilities and culture to ensure on-going readiness viability and relevance of the IT infrastructure organization and its members
- Enable coach and direct your management team of Service Delivery Leads to deliver innovation and service execution excellence including continuous regulatory compliance in an agile environment
- Communicate and advocate your established and new strategies and services to senior stakeholders DLL business lines and internal customers and members to ensure effective partnerships maximum impact and value of IT investments is realized
- Influence and align with other IT functions and corporate service leaders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency including governance enterprise architecture security vendor management procurement finance and others
- Proactively identify and manage strategic vendors identifying and leveraging opportunities for innovative services & partnerships and value
- Establish appropriate measurement systems and indicators to enable effective management of service delivery management of innovation and communication with stakeholders customers and team members

Essentials:
- Dutch is preferred language
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (IT engineering business information systems)
- 10 years of experience leading the delivery of IT infrastructure/platform service(s) to a global customer base using recognized ITSM methods in a regulated industry
- Experience applying and leading Agile &/or LEAN
- Business communication influencing & negotiation skills of a high order
- Strategic and operational culture management including experience leading distributed multi-cultural/trans-national teams and service transformations
- Service strategy development and implementation skills
Extras:
- Certifications in any of the following expertise areas: cloud agile &/or security
- Post-graduate technology degree or MBA degree
- Technical expert-level depth of knowledge and experience in at least one infrastructure technology/service area or methodology of relevance to IT infrastructure services
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Advanced leadership skills (e.g. coaching certification strategic management course culture management)
- Experience leading in a range of areas of IT such as application development/support governance business relationship management security and/or enterprise architecture
