Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring in project-based sales by identifying opportunities preparing quotes and closing deals with commercial clients for services like carpet cleaning power washing floor stripping and waxing and other specialized cleaning solutions.
- Manage the warehouse including inventory control equipment maintenance and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and manage project teams on-site including scheduling training mentoring and ensuring projects are completed safely on time and to client satisfaction.
- Conduct site assessments manage project timelines and budgets and handle quality control.
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and upsell services.
- Handle bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) with clients team members and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning projects including carpet cleaning power washing stripping and waxing floors and other related services.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language such as Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in sales operations and team management.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for on-site work including evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry standards equipment and safety protocols.
