Project Specialist - Client Support - Columbus OH
DISHER is currently partnering with a global service supply chain leader specializing in mission-critical post-sales solutions for hardware and technology this role you will serve as the operational liaison for key clients leading endtoend execution of clientrequested projects across local and offsite facilities. You will coordinate crossfunctional teams analyze data to anticipate and resolve logistics issues and ensure all deliverables meet agreed service levels and timelines. You will translate client needs into clear action plans maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and continuously improve processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

What will make you successful:
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in logistics business or related field preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word Project and PowerPoint
- Proven project management experience with particular emphasis on facility startups and relocations
- Proven experience in account support service delivery or operational program coordination within logistics supply chain or after-market services
- Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate cross-functional activities and support SLA performance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable
- Ability to regularly work flexible and extended hours and travel up to 15%
- Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
