What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures screening entry requests and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in points within the location.
- Monitor entrances gates and/or receiving areas to help confirm that only authorized persons vehicles and deliveries are allowed access in accordance with posted policies and documented instructions.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site contacts supervisors and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Complete visitor logs access records and/or incident documentation with attention to site requirements while communicating clearly with staff and guests regarding security-related rules and expectations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business perimeter parking areas and/or production-adjacent spaces to help identify suspicious activity unsecured access points and conditions that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
