How youll contribute
AStudent Radiology Technologist who excels in this role:
- Assist radiologic technologists with imaging procedures (X-rays basic imaging tasks)
- Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
- Follow safety protocols especially radiation safety guidelines
- Help maintain and clean imaging equipment and exam rooms
- Observe and learn from licensed technologists during procedures
- Support patient care by ensuring comfort and answering basic questions
- Accurately document patient information and assist with records as needed
- Work as part of a team with radiologists nurses and other hospital staff
Continue developing technical skills and knowledge through hands-on experience
