Job Title: FP&A Manager
Location: Irving TX. Must be located Dallas-Forth Worth area
A rapidly growing private equity-backed organization in the insurance/financial services space is seeking a high-impact Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a hands-on strategic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced acquisitive environment and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure improving reporting and partnering with leadership to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting forecasting and monthly reporting processes
- Build and maintain robust financial models (including 3-statement models & scenario analysis)
- Develop and enhance KPI frameworks dashboards and reporting tools
- Improve data integrity and structure across multiple entities
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights
- Support M&A integration efforts and post-acquisition financial alignment
- Assist with system enhancements and EPM/ERP implementations (Adaptive NetSuite etc.)
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of FP&A or related finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Experience in high-growth PE-backed or acquisitive environments
- Exposure to multi-entity financial structures and consolidations
- Familiarity with EPM/ERP tools (Adaptive NetSuite Anaplan Planful etc.)
