Job Summary
Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is looking for an experienced Foreign Vehicle Parts Manager to lead our parts department for Volkswagen and Mitsubishi Motors. If you have a strong background in import parts operations dealership experience and a drive to grow a department this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Schedule
- Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays required
What Youll Do
- Manage all daily operations of the parts department for Volkswagen and Mitsubishi
- Maintain proper inventory levels to support a high-volume service department
- Order track and stock OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure quick turnaround times
- Monitor and improve gross profit obsolescence and inventory turns
- Develop relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Train lead and motivate parts department staff
- Ensure accurate pricing invoicing and inventory control
What Were Looking For
- Previous parts manager or assistant parts manager experience (import brands preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen and/or Mitsubishi parts systems
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CDK or similar DMS experience is a plus
