Job Types
Full-Time Part-Time PRN
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing grooming toileting and incontinence care)
- Provide mobility support and transfers
- Use assistive devices (gait belt walker wheelchair Hoyer lift)
- Assist in fall prevention and general safety awareness
- Help reposition bedbound clients to prevent discomfort
- Offer companionship and daily living assistance
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Engage clients in hobbies games or activities
- Monitor for changes in mood or behavior
- Provide conversation and social interaction
- Provide reminders to take medications as scheduled
Requirements
- 2 years ofcaregiving experience OR CNA Certification
- Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Must pass background screening
