We are expanding our current Mobile Service Team! Are you a hands-on automotive technician who enjoys the freedom of the open road Join our team as a Mobile Service Technician where your skills will keep vehicles running smoothlyall while delivering top-tier customer service at the clients location. As a Mobile Service Technician youll be responsible for diagnosing servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles in the field. Whether its scheduled maintenance or unexpected breakdowns youll be the face of Huntersville Ford bringing expertise and reliability directly to our customers.

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics maintenance and repairs on passenger and light-duty vehicles
- Conduct oil changes brake repairs battery replacements inspections and more
- Use diagnostic tools and onboard technology to assess and resolve issues
- Keep detailed service records and communicate findings to clients
- Ensure safety cleanliness and professionalism on every job site
Qualifications
- Previous experience at an automotive dealership a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent Ford certified a plus
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
