Applies knowledge and uses technical process ability in techniques such as rigging and skinning kinetics and basic cinematography. Collaborates with programmers and artists to balance seamless movements and optimized performance on the target platform. Applies developed skills knowledge and proficiency in animation packages such as 3ds Max Maya Substance to develop work product.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Generalist with a strong focus on Modelling Texturing Rigging and Animation to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating high-quality 3D assets for games animation with a solid understanding of the full asset pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Create game ready assets with proper topology scale and optimization
Perform UV mapping baking and texture optimization
Strong ability to rapidly create refine and update 3D modelsincluding props and assetsthroughout the production pipeline from concept to final delivery
Collaborated with the desired squad to understand the overall game vision and rigging and skinning needs
Ability to create Basic 3D animations with principles.
Strong working knowledge of industry - standard software including Autodesk max Autodesk maya z- brush Substance painter.
Open to constructive feedback with the ability to quickly adapt and improve within the production workflow.
Maintain visual consistency and adhere to art direction and technical constraints
Make revisions and updates based on feedback while meeting project deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Required Experience:
Between 5 -7 years of experience in a professional Game/Animation studio.
Strong expertise in 3D Modelling and Texturing (core requirement)
Proficiency in tools such as: Maya / Blender / 3ds Max / Substance Painter /Photoshop
Solid understanding of:
UV layouts and texture baking Optimization for real-time or production pipelines
Skill in creative problem resolution.
Ability to provide effective feedback to team members
Good to have:
Proven experience working with Unity Unreal Engine or equivalent game Performance and memory profiling and optimization skills
Knowledge of Photoshop after Effects and 3d for both pre-rendered and real-time platforms.
PBR workflows
Education:
Bachelors of Art/Animation OR equivalent industry experience.
Qualifications
