Job Description:

Position Title: Associate Marketing Director

Functional Area: Neurovascular

Reports To: Marketing Director

Position Overview

Oversee the formulation of marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales margin and market share objectives within budgets

Key Responsibilities

Build up the marketing strategy and annual plan based on marketing analysis including innovated market mix to meet new environment

Oversee the formulation of marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales margin and market share objectives within budgets

Implement marketing strategies plan timely with high quality and professionalism

Forecast product requirements identify potential supply issues and develop contingency plans

Liaise with other departments such as regulatory medical affairs sales CEX training and finance to ensure marketing strategies are realized. Maintain strong interdepartmental communication and liaison within Neurovascular (locally and internationally)

Maintain up-to-date information and understanding of market competitor and patient behavior

Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts legal demands safety and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products

Maintain the high level of client relations by providing regular marketing information which the client demanded

Establish and reinforce professional relationship with internal and external partners

Establish and reinforce close relationship with national and regional KOLs in related specialties

To make a performance driven culture by managing KPIs

People management & coaching to ensure team member business goal achievement

For new products ensure a successful prelaunch plan and has been established and executed via workshop and business planning meeting

Managing marketing department budget within compliance and financial regulations effectively

Build and be part of ONE TEAM culture

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor Degree and above

Experience:

At least 10-year marketing working experience of medical field in which 5 years in managerial grade very rich faculty of independently management in professional market especially for education and product (launched products demonstrated sustainable growth managed portfolio of brands)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

High ability of communication and expression

Spirit of entrepreneurship and team-building

Good PPT skill

Sense of urgency and logical thinking

Ownership and accountability

Strong sense of compliance culture

Location of Role: Beijing/Shanghai

Language Requirements: Good command of English speaking and writing is required
