Maintenance Parts Clerk
The Maintenance Parts Clerk is responsible for assisting in purchasing parts and materials for equipment and operational needs at all manufacturing locations. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to provide support and ensure seamless product supply to our sites. This position will maintain excellent inventory and parts accuracy for maximum accounting of all supplies.
Responsabilities and Essential Duties
- Coordinate and manage the creation and receipt of purchase orders
- Address and resolve Purchase Order issues with accounting
- Manage and finalize Work Orders on our CMMS system
- Establish parts tracking within our CMMS system
- Monitor expenses and source parts for cost-effective pricing
- Record and track the usage of parts and supplies
- Log and monitor fault incidents by using Polycom tracking
- Provide performance reports by location
- Develop worksheets and monitor departmental data.
- Aid in completion of target task such as SOP TM and PM improvement

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Requires a minimum 1-3 years experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management and multitasking
- Able to maintain a high level of business courtesy and etiquette when interacting with Customer Service vendors and sales representatives
- Knowledge of the CPG industry preferred
- Knowledge of CMMS preferred
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
- Willingness to work additional hours
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years of age
