ADVANCED MASTER EUROPEAN MECHANIC Full-Time San Antonio TX Join a tight-knit shop where craftsmanship is everything and European precision drives everything we do.
ABOUT THE ROLE Were looking for an Advanced Master Mechanic with deep expertise in European automotive systems to join our specialized repair shop in San Antonio. This isnt a high-volume flat-rate grind its a place where your knowledge of European engineering is genuinely valued and the team you work with takes real pride in every vehicle that rolls through the door.
BRAND EXPERTISE We work extensively on: BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Volkswagen Porsche Volvo Land Rover and MINI.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical electrical and electronic systems on European vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools (ISTA XENTRY ODIS and others)
- Carry out major engine transmission and drivetrain work with precision
- Mentor junior and mid-level technicians with patience and know-how
- Communicate clearly with service advisors to document findings and repair plans
- Keep your workspace clean organized and safe always
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- ASE Master Technician certification (required); L1 Advanced Engine Performance a strong plus
- 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in European makes
- Proficiency with European OEM diagnostic software and tooling
- Valid Texas drivers license with clean record
- Own a complete professional-grade tool set
