Tool and Die Maker- Kapco Grafton WI
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on 1st shift at our Grafton WI facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies jigs and fixtures
- Holds extremely close tolerances which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
- Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct alter and repair dies jigs fixtures and special tools
- Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
- Verifies quality and print specifications are met
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:2-year trade school program or equivalent. Journeymans Card. 5 years previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies. Ability to bend twist stoop reach and lift material up to 50 lbs.
