As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Irvine CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings lobbies parking areas common areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials when required and help support authorized entry procedures for employees guests and vendors.
• Assist with routine site operations by maintaining a visible presence providing directions and assistance and communicating professionally with tenants visitors and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
