About You
This position primarily works in the residential and light commercial market.
Perform service/preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment
Repair or replace defective equipment components or wiring on HVAC equipment and systems
Customer-focused mindset; active listening have attention to detail and find solutions to best meet customers needs
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Planning organizing problem analysis and great judgement
Team focused on achieving common goals
Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends
Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers
Requirements:
Candidate will work out of our Louisville KY location
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License and good driving record
Kentucky Journeyman License
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Must be available for occasional on call OT and weekends outside of usual schedule
Preferred Requirements:
Service Titan or similar
