This is a rare opportunity to shape the future direction of Soap & Glory. As Head of Brand Foresight & Ideation you will lead the strategic thinking and creative ideation that underpins our innovation pipeline - identifying where the brand can win and translating this into bold differentiated ideas that drive growth.

Sitting at the intersection of culture consumer insight and creativity you will play a critical role in defining our innovation agenda uncovering white space opportunities and partnering cross-functionally to bring standout concepts to life. Alongside leading a high-performing team you will set the strategic direction for ideation and ensure we are building a pipeline of ideas that are both inspiring and commercially impactful.

What youll be doing

  • Set the innovation direction by spotting cultural shifts and transforming them into bold ownable ideas that resonate with our customers.

  • Spark and guide breakthrough concepts from initial idea through to development readiness.

  • Craft compelling narratives that bring ideas to life energising teams and stakeholders throughout the process.

  • Ensure every concept strikes the right balance between desirability feasibility and commercial impact.

  • Build and lead a best-in-class network of creative and technical partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of brand innovation and ideation identifying future growth opportunities across categories.

  • Identify consumer tensions cultural shifts and white space opportunities where Soap & Glory can win.

  • Partner closely with the Create team to translate insight into differentiated compelling creative briefs.

  • Define and prioritise the big bets that will shape the future innovation pipeline.

  • Own and evolve the ideation framework ensuring a consistent high-quality approach to concept development.

  • Lead coach and inspire a team of Product & Ideation Managers and Assistant Managers.

  • Act as a key voice in cross-functional leadership discussions influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams behind a clear innovation vision.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in brand innovation product development or ideation within the beauty sector or a related category.

  • A strong track record of turning trends and consumer insight into successful product concepts.

  • Experience leading and inspiring teams setting direction and making strategic decisions on innovation pipelines.

  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end product journey balancing creativity with commercial delivery.

  • Exceptional storytelling and influencing skills with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders.
