Job Summary

Location: Fully Remote (Syria or Turkey)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time) including a 1-hour break

Important: This is a strictly full-time position. Candidates must be fully available during working hours. This role is not compatible with studies or parallel employment.

Overtime Requirement: Due to the international nature of our operations overtime is a core part of this role. Candidates must be flexible to work outside standard hours when required. All overtime is compensated.

Role Overview

The Test Resources Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all telecom resources required for testing activities are available tracked maintained and operational at all times.

This role supports engineers and clients globally by managing a wide range of telecom resources including:

  • SIM cards and data packages
  • Landlines and VoIP systems
  • SMS services
  • Streaming platforms
  • ERC and other telecom-related services

This is a process-driven and execution-focused role requiring strong attention to detail consistency and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

Tasks

Resource & Request Management

  • Manage incoming requests (tickets) from internal teams and clients
  • Allocate and assign telecom resources based on availability
  • Ensure all requests are handled accurately and within deadlines

Resource Tracking & Monitoring

  • Track usage allocation and availability of all resources
  • Monitor balances and ensure services remain active
  • Perform recharges and updates when required

Multi-Resource Management

  • Manage various types of resources including SIM VoIP landline SMS streaming and ERC services
  • Ensure all resources are functional and accessible at all times

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain structured trackers using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ensure full accuracy and consistency of data
  • Document all actions for traceability and reporting

Operational Execution

  • Handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Follow structured processes and workflows
  • Identify issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support operations coordination or tracking)
  • Strong professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working in structured process-driven environments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecom or IT environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience working with international or remote teams
