Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care while managing a steady caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on rehabilitation and injury prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule & Productivity:

36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
Expected to see 1214 patients per day
Productivity requirement: 60 visits per week
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Overtime requires prior approval

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
