Job Summary

Provide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy of assigned staff includes performance evaluations scheduling orientation and decisions on employee hires transfers promotions salary changes discipline terminations corrective action plans and similar caseloads and assign cases to team review treatment plans to ensure completeness and accuracy track all necessary data related to case management performance targets and timeliness of reports maintaining internal and external file consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques promote a therapeutic environment and develop/support quality improvement with management team to design effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention and serve as liaison to other departments within the agency. Instruct and support staff in the use of behavior intervention strategies providing in-service training and professional development to facilitate the growth of behavior intervention team department meetings including developing an agenda conducting training updates and disseminating information related to policy procedure and updates regarding funders an individual case-load and perform all the duties of a behavior compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements while internally adhering to all policies and : Masters Degree in behavior analysis or in mental health psychology or human services with a BCBA credential.1-3 years of experience with documented training in behavior intervention techniques -motivated and detail-oriented with ability to skills with motivating team building rapport and driving results to meet communication skills to manage relationships.A reliable responsible attitude and a compassionate Join Us Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company time off and holiday complex work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
