Job Description
As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver in Corsicana TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer supporting a busy retail location where you will conduct routine patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and assist customers and store teams with clear communication and professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license and Level III armed certification in Texas offering a dynamic role for those who thrive on teamwork integrity and a people-first culture.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients guests and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales floors common areas loading and receiving areas parking lots and the exterior of the location as assigned.
- Respond to alarms calls for service disturbances and/or other incidents in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Monitor entrances controlled access points and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft disorderly conduct and/or other policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
- Complete detailed incident reports shift logs and/or patrol documentation and communicate notable activity to Allied Universal management and on-site client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
