Handle emergency and non-emergency calls assess situations and dispatch police fire EMS or security teams. Requires quick thinking clear communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage 911 & non-emergency calls
Dispatch appropriate emergency/safety personnel
Use CAD systems and communication tools
Monitor multiple channels and maintain accurate logs
Coordinate with field teams in real-time

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Good typing & computer skills
Strong communication and multitasking ability
Calm under pressure
Flexible for night/weekend shifts
Background check & drug test required
