VMware Cloud Foundation Engineer - Senior Consultant or Architect (m/f/d)

As part of our experienced team you will take on responsibility in exciting customer projects work with cutting-edge technologies and take data centre automation to the next level. Sounds like your thing Then lets talk! Together with our team of experienced Cloud Engineers you will take on responsibility in customer projects after an intensive induction programme.

About the job:

• Recording and analysing customer requirements in the VCF / SDDC environment

• Creating and coordinating concepts

• Conducting strategy workshops and consulting with regard to architecture and design

• Creating implementation roadmaps based on the strategic decisions made

• Implementing the designed solutions

• High-end troubleshooting

Who you are:

• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of Software Defined Data Centres

• Example: VMware vSphere vSAN NSX VCF

• Confident appearance analytical-conceptual skills ability to work in a team and customer orientation

• Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems

• Experience in dealing with IP networks

• Business fluent in German and fluent in English

It would be optimal if you...:

• have hands-on experience with HCI solutions such as VMware VCF

• Experience with backup DR solutions - e.g. Site Recovery Manager

• have experience with VMware network solutions such as NSX

• are experienced in data centre automation (Ansible Terraform Powershell...)

• can work according to the recommendations of ITIL

Deine Aufgaben:

• Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen im VCF / SDDC Umfeld

• Erstellung und Abstimmung von Konzepten

• Durchführung von Strategieworkshops und Beratung im Hinblick auf Architektur und Design

• Erstellen von Umsetzungs-Roadmaps auf Basis der getroffenen strategischen Entscheidungen

• Umsetzen der designten Lösungen

• High-end Troubleshooting

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Mindestens 3-4 jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software Defined Data Center

• Beispiel: VMware vSphere vSAN NSX VCF

• Souveränes Auftreten analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung

• Sicheren Umgang mit Linux und Windows Systemen

• Erfahrung beim Umgang mit IP Netzwerken

• fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Optimal wäre wenn Du..:

• Hands-on Erfahrung mit HCI Lösungen wie zum Beispiel VMware VCF hast
