Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy Csoportvezető

• A termelési terület napi munkavégzésének vezetése
• Műszakindítás és műszakvégzés zökkenőmentes biztosítása
• Figyelemmel kíséri a területi KPI-okat szükség szerint cselekszik a mutatószámok elérésének érdekében; részt vesz a területi KPI-ok kialakításában frissítésében és felülvizsgálatában
• A napi termeléshez szükséges erőforrások biztosítása döntéshozatali felelősséggel rendelkezik a terület működéséhez szükséges erőforrások kapcsán (alapanyag munkaerő berendezések stb.)
• Termelési problémákkal kapcsolatos döntésekért felel szükség esetén eszkalációs folyamatot használ
• Standard munkavégzés szerint vezeti munkaterületét felelős a folyamatjóváhagyások megvalósításáért
• Felelős a műszakja fennakadásmentes átadásáért munkatársa számára
• Munkavégzése során társterületekkel kapcsolatot tart
• Vezeti az LCI folyamatos fejlesztés témakörébe tartozó feladatokat irányítja a problémamegoldást segítő tevékenységeket
• Támogatja vezetőjét a terület fejlesztési lehetőségeinek feltárásában

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Középfokú végzettség érettségivel
• Előny: termelési területen szerzett vezetői tapasztalat
• Dinamikus és magabiztos fellépés önálló döntéshozatali készség
• Rendszerszemléletű és stratégiai gondolkodásmód
• Felhasználói szintű Office-programismeret
• Kiváló problémamegoldó képesség
• Angol nyelv ismerete előnyt jelent
• 4 műszakos munkarend vállalása
