The Endoscopy Registered Nurse will be responsible for assisting in endoscopic surgical procedures as part of the Endoscopy surgical team. 75% outpatient procedures; advanced interventional procedures.
Your exceptional skills and qualifications
-The Endoscopy Registered Nurse will possess strong written verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
-Will demonstrate ability to prioritize organize and multi-task. Will be able to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivated.
-Will possess a high degree of responsibility responsiveness.
-Graduate of NLN ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or three years related professional nursing experience.
-Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). BLS ACLS and PALS certification within one year of employment.
- 1 year experience in ICU ED Endoscopy or procedural area required.
- Prior Endoscopy experience preferred.
