Job Description
As a Security Officer Lobby Coordinator in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer where you will greet visitors manage access monitor activity and support a professional welcoming environment. This customer-facing role calls for strong communication reliability and integrity while helping to address security-related concerns through teamwork and attentive service.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial office location.
- Monitor lobby activity manage visitor check-in and badging procedures and help to control access to authorized areas in accordance with property guidelines.
- Answer questions assist with directions and support daily front desk operations while maintaining detailed logs reports and other required documentation.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
- Observe and report suspicious unusual and/or unauthorized activity and help to support security-related procedures throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
