Position Title: Speech/Language Pathologist
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be an energetic hardworking individual that believes all students can achieve at high levels.
A candidate should be comfortable working as part of a team and have strong oral and written communication skills. A graduate degree DESE licensure in Speech-Language and Hearing Disorders MA Board of SLP licensure are required and candidates should have previous experience working with school-aged students.
Candidates should also have experience in the following areas:
- evaluating students using a variety of assessments
- writing reports
- writing goals IEPs and 504s
- providing services in both inclusion and pull-out settings
- working with students with a variety of disabilities
- AAC and assistive technology
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Experience working with children with special education needs is preferred.
- Experience in assessment and development of high quality Individualized Educational Plans preferred.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to meet timelines.
- Appropriate licensure required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Master degree preferred.
- Citizenship residency or work visa required.
