Job Description
As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Atlanta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where your front desk presence helps support a welcoming professional this stationary role you will greet residents and guests manage access activity monitor for security-related concerns and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents guests and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a residential location.
- Monitor front desk activity manage visitor access procedures and communicate with residents property staff and/or authorized vendors regarding entry and building protocols.
- Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
- Answer phones receive and relay information and support day-to-day front desk operations involving packages deliveries and/or guest inquiries in alignment with site-specific expectations.
- Observe lobby and entrance activity and report unusual behavior maintenance concerns and/or policy-related issues to help support an orderly residential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
