Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care manage a steady caseload and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on exercises recovery and injury prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule & Workload:

36 hours guaranteed with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
Expected to see 1214 patients per day
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
Overtime (OT) must be pre-approved by the director

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
