About the team:
Our New Business Delivery team are responsible for implementing Darwin (our employee benefits software platform) to our clients by understanding their benefit scheme consulting on Darwin capabilities and capturing technical requirements. The team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Implementation Analyst to make a business and client impact by supporting Darwin projects across clients in the UK and Continental Europe. We will count on you to:
Collaborate with Lead and Senior Consultants to support the delivery of new business projects
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout new projects or change requests
Partner with Project Coordinators to develop and maintain project plans action lists and risk and issue logs in accordance with the Darwin methodology
Engage directly with clients to understand their benefits schemes and provide expert guidance on Darwin capabilities including participation in onsite meetings when required
Accurately capture client requirements and prepare detailed technical Darwin specifications (e.g. Benefit & Darwin Specification BDS)
Coordinate with offshore configuration specialists to tailor Darwin solutions that meet client needs
Take responsibility for the quality and successful delivery of assigned projects
Support both internal and client acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and specifications while monitoring testing progress to facilitate a smooth launch for employees
Ensure all client deliverables are completed in alignment with contractual commitments and organisational standards
What you need to have:
You must have achieved or on track to receive a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree discipline.
Process management & project coordination skills gained through previous employment or education
Proficiency in English is required; additional skills in major European languages such as Spanish French or German are considered a strong advantage
What makes you stand out:
Previous professional exposure to enterprise software products or project management
Demonstrated understanding of or enthusiasm for technology and its potential to positively impact clients and their employees
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
