Job Summary
POSITIONDESCRIPTION:
Sherwin-Williamsisseekinghighly qualifiedandmotivatedlawclerksforitsLegalDepartmenttobeginoneyearclerkships following the current school year working full-time during the summer (May August 2026) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August 2026 - May 2027).
Thesuccessfulcandidateswillhaveanopportunitytoworkonprojectsinawide-array of practice areas including commercial and corporate contracts litigation real estate environmental regulatory transportationintellectualpropertyemployeebenefitslaborandemploymentbankruptcyadvertisingcorporate governance securities immigration and data privacy and security.
This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way Cleveland OH 44113.
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and business relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a bachelors degree.
- Must have completed first or second year of law school.
