Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and independent Senior Legal Counsel to support our Hungarian operations. This is a newly created role offering the unique opportunity to shape the legal framework of our Hungarian entity build structure and act as an independent advisor to local management.
The position focuses exclusively on Hungary primarily covering commercial business and employment law while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as the dedicated legal partner for our Hungarian operations.
Oversee corporate commercial and employment law matters.
Draft review negotiate and advise on a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Provide legal guidance on employment-related issues.
Ensure regulatory and competition law compliance within the organization.
Manage relationships with external counsel as well as regional and group legal teams.
Lead and support local legal projects.
What we would like you to have
Qualified lawyer with 5 years experience
Strong background in corporate and commercial law with a good understanding of employment law
Experience collaborating with corporations and external counsel
Independent project-driven and able to take ownership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Driving licence is an advantage for in-country travels (up to 20%)
Fluent English
