Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales Europe to lead and drive the commercial performance of our hotel portfolio across the UK and Europe.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for sales strategy revenue delivery and team performance across multiple properties and brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Developing and delivering a regional sales strategy
  • Driving revenue growth across key segments
  • Leading and developing sales teams
  • Managing key accounts and partnerships
  • Working cross-functionally with Revenue Marketing and Operations
  • Supporting openings and repositioning projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within hospitality with multi-property or regional accountability
  • Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth market share improvement and commercial performance
  • Experience across key segments including corporate group leisure and ideally golf/tour operator business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead develop and performance-manage sales teams across multiple locations
  • Experience working closely with Revenue Management Marketing and Operations to deliver aligned commercial strategies
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels pricing strategy and demand drivers
  • Experience supporting new openings transitions or repositioning projects is advantageous
  • Degree in Hospitality Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills are beneficial

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • London-based with hybrid working. Regular travel across the UK and Europe.
