ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales Europe to lead and drive the commercial performance of our hotel portfolio across the UK and Europe.
This is a senior leadership role with accountability for sales strategy revenue delivery and team performance across multiple properties and brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing and delivering a regional sales strategy
- Driving revenue growth across key segments
- Leading and developing sales teams
- Managing key accounts and partnerships
- Working cross-functionally with Revenue Marketing and Operations
- Supporting openings and repositioning projects
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
- Delivery of sales targets and budgets
- Growth in key segments and improved market share
- Strong pipeline and conversion
- High-performing sales teams
- Clear data-led commercial strategy
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within hospitality with multi-property or regional accountability
- Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth market share improvement and commercial performance
- Experience across key segments including corporate group leisure and ideally golf/tour operator business
- Demonstrated ability to lead develop and performance-manage sales teams across multiple locations
- Experience working closely with Revenue Management Marketing and Operations to deliver aligned commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels pricing strategy and demand drivers
- Experience supporting new openings transitions or repositioning projects is advantageous
- Degree in Hospitality Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are beneficial
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
- London-based with hybrid working. Regular travel across the UK and Europe.
